For the quickest reply, we request that you contact us thru email. Email allows both you and us to have a written record of any issues and conversations, which in turn allows us to address them and reply in a timely manner so nothing falls thru the cracks. In addition, we have a small staff and cannot directly “man” the phones ourselves everyday (calls are often routed thru an answering service).
